Terms of Service
This section will go over how I expect every interaction and transaction to go if we ever have business with each other. As well as what I am willing to create and not willing to create for you.
Payment and Interaction:
To contact me for a commission or with any questions, please reach out via the platforms linked on the Contact Info page of my website or any of my Social Media platforms.At the start of our interaction, I would appreciate an estimate of what you'd be willing to pay and a description of what you'd like to be done, along with some reference material to work off (i.e, Character Ref Sheets, Color Palettes, etc.), so that I can make the piece as accurate as possible to your requests. If reference material is unavailable, please be as descriptive as possible about what you want done. From there, we can determine the overall price of the commission.If you are requesting something I have listed as something I will not do (refer to Wills and Wont’s), I will refuse the commission and ask if there is anything else I can do for you.I expect at least 50% payment upfront once the Commission details have been laid out and explained. I receive payments with Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle in USD. I will not accept anything other than money for payment. The exception would be an Art Trade, but only if they are available.I will send pictures of the Commission in various stages (Sketch, Line, and Flat Color Phases) with a watermark so that you, the commissioner, can comment on the progress. I will remove the watermark on the final piece once I have received full payment for my work. However, I reserve the right to leave my signature on my work.If, at any point, you are unsatisfied with the work or want certain changes made, you can ask for them, and the price will be adjusted based on how drastic they are.
Refund Policy
A refund or price adjustment will be given/made if you no longer want the piece to be completed or if you are satisfied with the piece at a certain stage (i.e, you paid for a Colored Fullbody, but I am only in the Lineart Phase, you would get a refund to match the price of the Lineart instead of the Colored Fullbody).Refunds for Pieces will not be issued if a piece is not paid in full but is completed or nearly complete. In other words, if you no longer want the piece or will not pay the remaining cost, I will not refund the down payment for a piece that is already finished or near completion. I consider a piece near completion when it has passed the Flat Color stage.

My work is for noncommercial use and is my original work. Redistribution and sale of my work is not allowed without my permission, nor is claiming the art is your creation. I reserve the right to post this art to my social media platforms. If you wish to post your commission on your platforms, I ask that you credit the artist (me) and provide a link to the original work or my socials.You may print out the Custom Sticker Designs you commission as physical stickers, or use them on platforms that support custom stickers, such as Discord and Telegram, as long as my signature remains visible and not removed.Editing or altering my work is not allowed, nor is using my art as a reference for your projects (tracing or repurposing pieces of the artwork, ESPECIALLY IF IT'S AI!!!).

- Kinks/Fetishes**If there is something you want done but are unsure about where it fits here, feel free to ask about it!*This may come at some extra cost depending on the complexity of the character.
**Subject to discussion, but generally will not be done.
